Being a regular guest at the opera houses of both Berlin and Hamburg, I'd love to find a penpal from one of these two cities. As I always travel alone, it would simply be so nice to have a local friend with whom I could meet now and then to have a chat, share impressions (and some Streuselkuchen) over a cup of coffee. - Apart from music (opera, classical, jazz, folk music) my main interests are literature, theatre, movies, art expositions, museums, nature, outdoor life, athletics, physical exercise, travelling, foreign countries and cultures. - I'm a former, now retired university teacher, kind, optimistic, easygoing and luckily in possession of a good sense of humour.- I live on the island called Bornholm (DK), situated south of Sweden.
