I did not get the confirmation email. How to get it?
If you did not receive a confirmation by email after the registration, the e-mail is probably still on the way to you. At the latest it should arrive one hour after the registration. If not this could have one of the following reasons:
- You mistyped your e-mail address - this happens frequently. In order to examine whether this is the case, try to request the confirmation e-mail (see below).
- Our mail has been treated as spam by your e-mail provider (e.g. hotmail.com) and moved to another folder than expected. Please examine whether this the case.
You can request the confirmation e-mail
on the log in page again. If you receive the message "The entered email address does not exist in our data base. Please try it again.", then you mistyped your e-mail address at the registration and you have to
register again with an correct e-mail address (the other registration will be deleted automatically).
